The 29-Day Recode
"You do not change old code once. You learn to catch it before it runs."
Most people try to change behavior. They set new goals, build new habits, and white-knuckle their way through the first two weeks — until the old pattern reasserts itself. Not because they lack discipline. Because the identity running the system did not change.
The 29-Day Recode is a free self-guided daily practice for learning to notice a limiting belief or identity script before it makes a decision for you — and choosing a more aligned truth instead. Not once. Consistently.
Each video is one day. Watch in order — the sequence builds on itself, and Day 7 will not land the same without Day 1.
How It Works
Four moves. One day at a time.
This is not a one-time insight. It is a daily practice. Each day you repeat the same four moves until they become the default.
Notice
Catch the belief or identity script that is running. Not a vague feeling — the specific thought. "I am not the kind of person who…" or "This always happens to me because…" Name it exactly.
Examine
Ask where it came from. Beliefs installed under pressure or in childhood feel like facts. When you trace them to their source — a moment, a person, a repeated message — they stop feeling inevitable.
Choose
Select a more aligned truth. Not a positive affirmation layered on top of the old belief. A deliberate replacement rooted in what God actually says about who you are — and what you are capable of.
Practice
Make that choice again tomorrow. And the day after. Identity does not shift in a single moment of clarity. It shifts through repeated decisions made from a different place. The 29 days build that practice.
The Four Phases
How the 29 days are structured
The course follows the lunar cycle — a natural 29-day rhythm God built into creation. Each phase aligns with a different stage of that cycle, using the moon's energy as a supporting structure for the inner work rather than the focus of it.
Boot (Days 0–3)
Slow down and establish a baseline. Before you can catch old code running, you need to know what it sounds like. This phase creates the conditions for honest observation.
Debug (Days 4–10)
Name the specific belief or identity script that is driving the pattern. Not a general category — the exact thought, the exact role, the exact story you keep telling yourself.
Recode (Days 11–19)
Examine where that belief came from and choose a more aligned truth. Not positive thinking — a deliberate replacement rooted in what God actually says about who you are.
Install (Days 20–29)
Practice the new choice consistently. Identity does not shift in a single moment of insight. It shifts through repeated decisions made from a different place. This phase builds that practice.
HOW TO TAKE THE COURSE:
Watch one video per day, in order. The sequence builds on itself — Day 7 will not land the same without Day 1.
After each video, use the companion page in the Self-Recode Journal to write out the belief you noticed, where it came from, and the more aligned truth you are choosing instead.
Do the daily practice — prayer, reflection, and the affirmation for that day — consistently. The work compounds. Missing a day is not failure. Stopping is.
By Day 29, you will have a documented record of the shift — and a clear next step if you want to go deeper with Awaken the Legend™.
New here? Start with Day 0. Don't skip it.

Start Here: ECC™
Before you begin Day 1, watch this. This orientation video explains what ECC™ is, how the SoulOS™ framework works, and why this course is structured the way it is. It is the foundation everything else builds on.
Do not skip this. Day 1 will not land the same way without it.

The Self-Recode Journal
The course gives you the framework. The journal gives you a structured place to do the daily work in writing — catching the specific belief, questioning where it came from, clarifying what you actually want, and practicing the more aligned choice.
Writing changes the relationship between the belief and the decision. When you write out the specific thought — not a paraphrase, the actual words — you create a moment of distance. That distance is where the recode happens.
The course is free and does not require the journal. The journal deepens the daily practice.
Meet Your Guide
Lori Arzaga
Founder · SoulOS™ Error Correcting Code Method
I'm Lori — identity restoration coach, founder of Error Correcting Code™ (ECC™), and creator of the SoulOS™ method. My mission is to guide you back to the original architecture God wrote for you before the world wrote over it.
ECC™ is not a self-help system. It is a restoration process. You are not broken — you are running corrupted programming: beliefs, identities, and patterns installed by the world before you were old enough to consent to them. The work is not to fix you. The work is to return you to who God designed you to be.
SoulOS™ is the original operating system God placed inside you — your divine identity, your purpose, your design. This 29-day course is the protocol to clear the corrupted code and restore that signal.
ECC™ = Restoring Whom You Have Always Been™.
Ready to go deeper?
The Recode builds awareness. Awaken the Legend™ changes the identity running the system.
The 29-Day Recode teaches you to catch old code before it runs. Awaken the Legend™ is the deeper 4-week protocol for people who are ready to stop making decisions from the old user entirely — with structured video training, guided audio, and activation worksheets.
Many people complete the free Recode first and then move into Awaken the Legend™. Either path works. The work is the same direction.
My Legend Within
This image represents my Legend Within. You're not broken — you're coded to rise.
I'm Lori Arzaga, creator of SoulOS™ and the Become the Legend identity activation. This isn't motivation. It's remembrance. I don't talk at you. I guide you back to who you already are.
Become the Legend isn't a course. It's an activation.
Identity over fear
Clarity over confusion
Embodiment over overthinking
You're not here to be fixed. You're here to remember.
