Physical Companion · 29-Day Recode Course · $19.95

A Daily Debugging Practice for the Patterns You're Ready to Stop Repeating.

You have probably already identified the pattern. You know the belief that keeps showing up. You have read the books, done the work, had the insight — and the pattern is still running.

The Self-Recode Journal is not another insight tool. It is a structured daily practice for catching old beliefs before they make decisions, questioning where they actually came from, and choosing something more aligned — consistently, over 29 days.

The free 29-Day Recode video course does not require the journal.

Why a journal

Insight is not the same as practice.

Most people who are stuck are not stuck because they lack awareness. They are stuck because awareness alone does not change what runs when the pressure is on. The old belief does not wait for you to be ready. It fires before you notice it.

Writing changes that. When you write out the specific belief — not a paraphrase, the actual words — you create a moment of distance between the code and the decision. That distance is where the recode happens.

The journal gives you a structured place to do that work every day for 29 days — not as a journaling exercise, but as a debugging practice. You are not processing feelings. You are catching code.

What the journal does

Four things. Every day.

Each daily page walks you through the same four moves. The structure is the point — it removes the friction of deciding what to write and keeps the practice consistent.

01

Catch the belief

Write out the specific thought or identity script you noticed running that day. Not a summary — the actual words. "I am not someone who…" or "People like me don't…" Naming it exactly is the first interruption.

02

Question the conclusion

Trace where it came from. Ask whether it is actually true, or whether it was installed by someone else's fear, someone else's ceiling, or a moment you were too young to interpret correctly. Most inherited conclusions were never yours to begin with.

03

Clarify what you actually want

Separate what you were taught to want from what you genuinely want for your life. This is harder than it sounds. The journal gives you a structured place to sit with that question without pressure to perform an answer.

04

Practice the decision

Write the more aligned choice. Then make it again tomorrow. Identity does not shift in a single moment of clarity — it shifts through repeated decisions made from a different place. The 29 days build that practice.

The 29-day structure

One moon cycle. Four phases.

The journal follows the lunar cycle — a natural 29-day rhythm. Each phase aligns with a different stage of the inner work. The lunar structure is a supporting framework, not the subject of the practice.

Boot (Days 0–3)

Slow down and establish a baseline. Before you can catch old code running, you need to know what it sounds like. This phase creates the conditions for honest observation.

Debug (Days 4–10)

Name the specific belief or identity script that is driving the pattern. Not a general category — the exact thought, the exact role, the exact story you keep telling yourself.

Recode (Days 11–19)

Examine where that belief came from and choose a more aligned truth. Not positive thinking — a deliberate replacement rooted in what God actually says about who you are.

Install (Days 20–29)

Practice the new choice consistently. Identity does not shift in a single moment of insight. It shifts through repeated decisions made from a different place. This phase builds that practice.

You can begin on any day. The phases are a guide, not a requirement.

What is inside

Each daily page includes:

Morning reflection prompt

A structured question to surface the belief or pattern active that day before the day runs you.

Belief trace

Space to write where the belief came from — the moment, the person, the repeated message that installed it.

Aligned truth

A prompt to choose and write the more aligned truth you are practicing — not a positive affirmation, a deliberate replacement.

Evening close

A brief reflection on where you made a decision from the old code and where you caught it in time. Both matter.

Prayer and affirmation

Grounded in God's original design for who you are — not performance-based, not conditional.

Lunar phase note

A brief orientation to the current phase and what the inner work tends to surface at that stage of the cycle.

Founder · SoulOS™ Error Correcting Code Method

I'm Lori — identity restoration coach, founder of Error Correcting Code™ (ECC™), and creator of the SoulOS™ method. The Self-Recode Journal came out of my own practice of catching the beliefs that were running my decisions before I had a chance to choose differently.

I needed a place to write out what I was noticing — not to process it endlessly, but to name it, question it, and choose something more aligned. The journal is that place. It is structured enough to keep the practice consistent and open enough to meet you wherever you actually are.

ECC™ = Restoring Whom You Have Always Been™.

The full path

The journal is Step 2. The free God Code is Step 1.

If you have not started with the free 7-day God Code, that is the right place to begin. It is designed to surface the specific old code that may be running your decisions before you move into the 29-day practice.

The journal pairs with the free 29-Day Recode video course. Both are available without the journal — but the journal makes the daily practice concrete.
